  • In case failure of cancellation will result in 20% charge of the booking amount.

Payments related

  • You can pay now pay using online platforms (debit/credit card, net banking) you could also pay cash after services but we recommend online platforms

General Information

Does someone have to be at home when service provider arrive

  • It is advised to check NIC (identity card number) detail to verify name and picture of the service provider
  • It is advised to be around when the job is getting done, you are also requested to take care of your belongings
  • Hyberr will not be responsible for any damage or theft if you are failure to follow above measures.

How do I share my feedback?

  • Yes, you can share feedback after every completed services, when job its done you are requested to rate the services, in case of any complain you can always write to us support@hyberr.com
